SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A 19-year-old and a juvenile are facing multiple charges, including reckless diving, from late March in Downtown Sioux Falls.
Around 9 p.m. on March 20th, Metro Communications received multiple reports of two large trucks using large loud “train style horns” and driving recklessly down South Philips Avenue Sioux Falls Police Sgt. Andrew Siebenborn said at Thursday’s police briefing.
Why are SD absentee ballots delayed?
“(There was) one report from a patio of a business, in the mid-block of South Phillips Avenue, one of the trucks did a burnout, which resulted in smoke coming out from the tires,”
