SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – A South Dakota State Penitentiary inmate has tacked on 40 more years to his prison sentence after being convicted of two counts of aggravated assault and one count of first-degree robbery.
According to a news release from the SD Attorney General’s Office, 36-year-old Jerimiah Hart was sentenced Thursday in Minnehaha Circuit Court.
