SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Following the success of Burger Battle and Mash Madness, Downtown Sioux Falls is starting spring with another one of its signature events.
The kitchen at Phillips Avenue Diner is firing on all cylinders during Downtown Sioux Falls Restaurant Week. The diner’s contribution to the competition is Almondine Benedict.
