SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Across the state on Tuesday, many communities remembered those who are missing and murdered. Memorials will be held throughout the month and will honor those who have been lost and comfort those left without answers.
On Tuesday night, the sounds of drumming and singing echoed through the Waterfront Amphitheater in downtown Sioux Falls.
