SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A park in Rapid City was heavily vandalized following the opening of its restrooms last Friday.
Mark Hall Park’s toilets and sinks were shattered and left unrepairable, according to a social media post from Rapid City Municipal Government. Toilets and sinks were damaged beyond repair and debris was strewn throughout the facilities.
“Sadly, we encounter issues with damage and graffiti in our city parks on a regular basis,” city parks division manager Scott said in the post.
