SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – Downtown Sioux Falls was busy this afternoon with families celebrating Mother’s Day. Kids and their parents enjoyed the sunshine and lunch together with the special moms in their lives.
One family we caught up with this afternoon isn’t just celebrating one mom today– they’re actually celebrating multiple generations of mothers.

“This is kind of our yearly tradition. We traveled to be with mom grandma. So we have four generations here. So we went to church together. We’re just spending time shopping and dining and just love our togetherness” Denise Bakke said.
