SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – After years off the calendar, a longtime Independence Day tradition is making its return to Sioux Falls.
But organizers say bringing back the Fourth of July parade is only part of the mission. Their next goal is to make sure it never disappears again.
