SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A man suspected of setting a room on fire at a Motel 6 in Spokane Valley is facing 12 counts of arson and one for malicious mischief.
Witness testimony recorded in court documents say the suspect started the fire in his room, barricaded the door and escaped through the window.
