BREWSTER, Wash. — A Brewster doctor was sentenced to federal prison after the court found he gave recalled and adulterated medical devices to Medicaid patients and submitted false claims.
Dr. Eric Edward Haeger, 57, was sentenced to one year in prison and one year of supervised release. The sentence also required him to pay a $60,000 fine and just less than $350,000 in restitution.
