SPOKANE, Wash. – The YMCA of the Inland Northwest announced it would waive the fee for its day passes to anyone who had been evacuated for the Upriver Fire or lost their homes. At least 12 homes have been destroyed in the fire, according to the Department of Natural Resources.
“Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the local wildfires,” the YMCA wrote. “We know many individuals and families in our community have been displaced from their homes and are facing uncertain circumstances.”
