SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Two people were arrested on Saturday, July 4, after law enforcement received a report of a driver brandishing a firearm during a road rage incident, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
Deputies with the Spokane Valley Police Department (SVPD) first responded around 3:15 p.m. to the area of East Montgomery Avenue and North Pines Road, where the road rage incident was said to have occurred.
