SPOKANE, Wash. — What started as an attempt to gain strength after an accident ended in exhaustion and what felt like defeat for a North Spokane woman.
Late last year, she says she purchased an exercise bicycle for just under $1,000. The item was apparently delivered and even signed for, but by a name she’d never heard.
