SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Sullivan Road will be fully closed between East Eighth Avenue and East 16th Avenue until about August 14 as work continues on the South Sullivan Road Preservation Project, the city of Spokane Valley announced.
The city said full closure is meant to help finish construction before school begins for students, families and commuters. East Ninth Avenue will stay open for residents and emergency vehicles.
