CHENEY, Wash. – A 25-year-old man was arrested Friday in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in Cheney on Thursday night, according to the Cheney Police Department (CPD).
The department was first notified around 11:49 p.m. about a shooting in the 1000 block of Betz Road. Upon arrival at the scene, officers spoke to multiple victims and learned that a suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Hunter Noel, had threatened to kill an individual following a verbal altercation, and had aimed a loaded handgun at several people before discharging the weapon.
