SPOKANE, Wash. — Heartbreaker Tattoo will host a two-day community event for those impacted by the Spokane Area Complex Fires.
This free event will take place at North Central High School from Noon to 8:00 PM on September 19 and 20. The organizers from Heartbreaker Tattoo emphasize that everyone is welcome.
