SPOKANE, Wash. — A man accused of crashing his car several times downtown Spokane, causing thousands of dollars of damage, before law enforcement arrested him on Sept. 16.
According to court documents, 22-year-old Drake Weems was drunk driving when he crashed into two cars, a parking pole and an ATM Wednesday evening.
