SPOKANE, Wash. — New court filings said Bryan Kohberger’s new attorney argued he may not have fully understood the consequences of his guilty plea and asked for post-conviction relief.
The newly available documents included an order denying a motion to seal a supplemental memorandum. The filing said that effort would have kept the details of the defense’s reasoning from becoming public.
