Coffee is part of many people’s morning rituals, but not many dive deeper than a drink spruced up with cream and flavored syrup.
“The same way with craft beer or wine or whatever that you get into, you start really appreciating like, ‘Wow, there’s a lot more to coffee than just covering it up with milk and sugar,’” says Indaba Coffee Roaster’s founder and CEO, Bobby Enslow. “Like you can actually enjoy black coffee. There’s a lot of flavor, there’s a lot of nuance, there’s a lot of complexity.”
