UPDATE: The state is looking to file charges in district court at a later date and Roseborough is being released on his own recognizance as of Monday afternoon.
SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane County officers have arrested a man after a shot was fired in a hotel early on September 24.
According to the affidavit, a hotel guest at Hometown Studios by Red Roof in Spokane heard a loud noise at around 3:20 in the morning. After not hearing more noises, she went back to sleep.
