SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — The city of Spokane Valley says crews are hard at work in completing a major project that will bring a solution for train and traffic delays.
For months, a railroad underpass on Trent Avenue and Pines Road and a roundabout connecting Trent, Pines and Empire Way have been underway.
“There won’t be waiting for the train crossing, and then there’s less delays with the new roundabout improvements versus the signal. So, traffic will be able to get to I-90 faster from our location,” said project engineering manager Erica Amsden…
