SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane County Superior Court judge sentenced Joshua E. Hogan, 34, to 68 months to life in prison after a jury found him guilty of first-degree child molestation in July 2026, according to court documents.
Hogan molested his girlfriend’s daughter in May 2023 at their Airway Heights home. The victim was 10 years old at the time. According to court documents, Hogan entered the girls’ bedroom late one night and touched the child inappropriately while she pretended to sleep.
