SPOKANE, Wash. – Gonzaga fans packed McCarthey Athletic Center for another edition of Kraziness in the Kennel, and the annual preseason event delivered energy, highlights and an early glimpse of what could be ahead for the Bulldogs.
The scrimmage was led by sophomore wing Davis Fogle, who put together a standout performance for the White team. Fogle scored 30 points on 11-of-15 shooting and connected on six of seven attempts from three-point range. He also added another memorable moment by winning the dunk contest, showing off the athleticism and confidence that could make him a major factor this season.
While Fogle grabbed much of the attention, Gonzaga also received encouraging signs elsewhere on the roster. Braden Huff returned to the floor and contributed 11 points and seven rebounds, giving the Zags an important frontcourt presence as he works back from a left knee injury.
