Max capacity: Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service unable to take in new animals

SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is at full capacity and is asking for the public’s help in housing animals on Thursday.

“Our animal Control facility is FULL and we need your help,” said SCRAPS on their latest Facebook post. “We are seeking adopters and transfer partners for cats, kittens and dogs!”

SCRAPS said they are not able to take in stray animals at this time to ensure that all the animals in their care are provided for humanely and effectively…
