Community plants 2,000 trees to restore Little Spokane River

SPOKANE, Wash. — Hundreds of volunteers gathered at the Waikiki Nature Preserve on Saturday to participate in a large-scale environmental restoration effort aimed at revitalizing the Little Spokane River.
