A Spokane man, accused in a series of unprovoked attacks in downtown Spokane made his first appearance. According to Spokane police, 44-year-old Shaun Webb’s violent crime spree started last Sunday when he beat up a teenager. Then he beat up a man and a woman separately. He was arrested and held on a $150,000 bond.
