SPOKANE, Wash. – The woman police believe abused her daughter leading up to her death is facing new charges. Mandie Miller, 34, is accused of abusing and killing her eight-year-old daughter, Meela, before driving her body to South Dakota in a U-haul. Earlier this month, Spokane County prosecutors filed an amended information document charging Miller with 10 felonies related to her daughter’s death.
