SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane Valley Deputies need your help finding someone involved in a hit and run on E. Broadway Ave resulting in a woman being sent to the hospital. Deputies responded to a report of an injured woman just before 8:00 p.m. between N. Fancher Rd. and N. Havana St.
