SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The city of Spokane Valley may soon be getting a major new restaurant and entertainment business. At the beginning of this month, Dave and Busters filed an application with the city of Spokane Valley to begin the process of developing a new location in the city. The current plan is to build a new 30,000 square foot building northwest of the Spokane Valley Mall.
