Woman found guilty of killing boyfriend in car crash

SPOKANE, Wash. – A jury found a woman guilty of vehicular homicide after crashing her car, killing her boyfriend who was in the passenger seat. According to the Spokane Police Department (SPD), in June 2021, 30-year-old Selina Juarez crashed into a fire hydrant, sending it into a railing 50 feet away. The passenger, who was also her boyfriend, 39-year-old Brandon McDonald died at the scene, according to SPD.
