SPOKANE – On January 7, 2024, at around 3:00 am, a security camera at First Interstate Bank captured footage of two unknown males arriving in a black truck. The video shows one of the males attempting to break into the ATM using a cordless power saw while the other, wearing a Halloween Scream-type mask, acted as a lookout.
