COEUR D’ALENE – Coeur d’Alene Tribal Police Department are warning that a new form of fentanyl has been introduced into the area by the street name of Pink Rose. They think it is most likely coming across the country from the east coast. It is a light pink color, pressed into the shape of a heart in pill form, and consists of enough fentanyl to equal three “Blues” or “Mexis”.
