Spokane County Investigative Unit (SCIU) Detectives are investigating an attempted theft and extensive damage caused to an ATM at the First Interstate Bank, 518 W. Francis Avenue. They are attempting to identify the suspect or the location of the suspect’s vehicle in these photos and ask for your help.
