SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Officers with the Spokane Valley Police Department (SVPD) are seeking help finding a missing 12-year-old girl. According to an alert sent out by the department, the girl was last seen near 23rd and University around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. She is described as 5’5” and 100 pounds with blonde hair. She is wearing a black jacket, pink shirt and blue jeans.
