SPOKANE, Wash. – A man is dead after nine Spokane police officers shot him on Spokane’s South Hill on Wednesday. Based on preliminary information, the Spokane Police Department (SPD) confirmed they received a call around 6:05 p.m. reporting a man was threatening to kill himself and the others near Stevens and Cliff on Spokane’s South Hill.
