SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Public Library (SPL) is hosting a Lunar New Year Celebration at the Shadle Park Library on Saturday, February 10. The event will begin with a story time and activities for kids at 10 a.m., followed by a variety of dances presented by the Spokane Chinese Association.
