SPOKANE, Wash. – Calling all filmmakers and filmgoers, the Spokane International Film Festival (SpIFF) is back for its 25th edition starting Friday. On Feb. 9 the week-long event will kick off at the Bing Crosby Theater starting at 7 p.m. with a showcase of short films featuring local and regional artists, “The Best in the Northwest” and an opening party following the screening and discussion with filmmakers at Montvale Event Center.
