SPOKANE – On the evening of Tuesday, around 8:30 PM, the Spokane Police Department (SPD) received a tip from a complainant about a potential murder suspect interacting with individuals near the Cannon Street Shelter. SPD had intelligence that this suspect was not only wanted but was armed with a firearm and had stated he wanted officers “to take him out.”
