New indoor gym and obstacle course coming to Spokane, try it out for free this weekend

SPOKANE, Wash. – If you’re looking for ways to keep your kids active, look out for a brand-new obstacle course coming to Spokane.

Dr. Alexi Matousek, a Sacred Heart cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon and America Ninja Warrior finalist, is opening Ninja Nation. You can try it out for free this weekend.

Ninja Nation was founded in 2017 and features areas for adults and children to play, train, and compete by overcoming obstacles. The new Spokane location is set to open in March, but you can get a sneak peek this Saturday.

The arena will feature classic obstacles you might recognize from the TV show, including warped walls, spider walls, and floating steps.

Ninja Nation has five indoor arenas and seven mobile courses at their existing locations in Colorado, California, Texas, and North Carolina. Fifteen new arenas are in development.

This weekend, your family can try out the mobile course for free. The course will be set up at 8016 N Division in Spokane, WA. Families can come by Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to test out a sneak peek of the course.
