SPOKANE, Wash. – Fridgidaire’s Side by Side Refrigerators with Slim Ice Buckets were recalled because pieces of the ice bucket can break off. According to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, the hazards are caused by the ice bucket assembly component being breakable. Plastic pieces can fall into the ice bucket and be dispensed if it breaks.
