SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane road crews discovered the cause of the sinkhole that trapped one garbage truck in the Perry District. According to the City of Spokane, the truck was collecting trash when the asphalt underneath gave way. The truck had minimal damage and the driver was not injured during the incident.
