Be ready for fast-changing weather on a showery Sunday -Matt

Showers will complicate your Sunday forecast

Showers, likely both rain and snow, will sweep through the Inland Northwest to close the weekend.

Showers are back to end the weekend, and there’s a chance for snow, rain, and everything in between. Luckily if you have plans tomorrow, you should expect minimal if any snow accumulations. Just be ready for the weather to change fast!

What We’re Tracking

  • Light snow/rain morning through midday, the scattered showers in the afternoon and evening.
  • It will actually feel like winter this coming week with some colder morning temperatures.
  • There’s a chance for some snow Wednesday night and Thursday, it’s just not a great chance right now. We’ll keep an eye on it.

Plan your Sunday

  • Morning snow showers in Northeast Washington.
  • Snow/rain by lunchtime around Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.
  • Any snow accumulations will be minimal.
  • Scattered rain/snow in the afternoon will produce fast-changing conditions out on the roads.
  • Expect showers to continue overnight and into the Monday morning drive.
