Spokane is forecasted for a 60 percent chance of rain and snow Sunday, with the northern mountains of Washington and Idaho expected to see a higher chance of precipitation around 90 percent. Snow accumulation is expected to be light, but with overnight low temperatures below freezing, slick nighttime and early morning commutes are possible across the valleys – especially over the mountain passes, too.
