SPOKANE, Wash. — A vehicle crash blocking N. Division and W. Buckeye has been cleared.
According to Spokane Police Department (SPD), two vehicles were involved in the accident.
One vehicle was upended when police arrived on the scene.
No serious injuries reported.
SPD could not determine the cause of the accident.
