Presidents Day in Spokane will include no parking meter payments, open Riverfront Park

SPOKANE, Wash.- The Lilac City will observe Presidents Day, which is a federal holiday, with no parking meter payments and closings of some city institutions. Riverfront Park, including the ice ribbon and carousel, will remain open. Public libraries will be closed, and the City Council will not hold any public meetings.
