CHENEY, Wash. – The Cheney Police Department (CPD) arrested a man for trying to elude an officer after driving erratically on Cheney Spokane Road. In the early morning of Feb. 11, a CPD officer spotted and attempted to pull over a vehicle near the intersection of 1st St. and Cheney Spokane Road.
