SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – The Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD) announced they received a $20,000 grant from State Farm to help prevent local wildland fire risks. This grant is part of the 2024 Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) Fuels Reduction Program and will “look to help build a more comprehensive and sustainable wildfire mitigation program.”
