SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A man previously trespassed was arrested after stealing alcohol and food and consuming it inside a store bathroom in Spokane Valley. On Jan. 10, store security observed James A. Lycett entering the store bathroom with an open case of White Claw which was confiscated by them.
