SPOKANE, Wash.- A man accused of raping a woman in the Spokane Valley on Feb. 5 was arrested in the Tri-Cities on Feb. 12. On Feb. 5, Spokane Valley police responded to a reported rape at a local hotel. Gregory Boris, a Kennewick resident, was accused of raping a woman who said that they had been friends without any prior violent incidents.
