SPOKANE, Wash.- A woman who was struck in a Jan. 24 hit-and-run has died in the hospital according to the Spokane Valley Traffic Unit. The woman, who has not been publicly identified, was walking down Broadway in the Valley when she was allegedly struck by John Townshend, a man previously wanted for theft.
