SPOKANE, Wash.- A collision involving three vehicles on I-90 near mile marker 285 temporarily blocked the left lane of the interstate. The crash occurred just before 6:30pm. Washington State Patrol, firefighters and emergency medical response were at the scene. Injuries were reported, though information regarding the nature of those injuries is not currently available.
